Site blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent document drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created plans to develop the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying different sections of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional release.
